# Disclaimer Regarding iMFun Tokens

This explicitly emphasizes that the iMFun tokens:

* Have no tangible or physical representation and possess no intrinsic value (nor does anyone make any representations or promises regarding their value);
* Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (or any equivalent value of other virtual currencies) from the foundation, dealers, or any affiliated entities;
* Do not represent or confer any form of symbolic rights: to the foundation, dealers (or their respective affiliates) or their revenue-generating entities or assets, including but not limited to rights to receive future dividends, income, shares, ownership, equity, or securities, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of property or licensing rights), rights to receive accounts, financial statements, or other financial data, rights to apply for or participate in shareholder meetings, nominate directors or other financial or legal rights, or intellectual property or any other form of participation related to the iMFun platform, the foundation, dealers, and their service providers;
* Are not intended to represent any rights under a divergence contract or any other contract, the purpose or false purpose of which is to secure profits or avoid losses;
* Do not refer to currency (including electronic currency), securities, commodities, bonds, debt instruments, units of collective investment schemes, or any other types of financial instruments or investments; are not loans to the foundation, dealers, or any of their affiliates, and are not intended to represent any debts owed by the foundation, dealers, or any of their affiliates, with no expectation of profit; and do not provide token holders with any ownership or other interests in the foundation, dealers, or any of their affiliated entities.

Contributions made during the token sale will be undertaken by dealers (or their respective affiliates) after the token sale, and contributors will have no economic or legal rights. The assets of that entity contributed after the token sale will operate and run independently of the foundation, dealers, and the sale of iMFun tokens. The foundation and dealers will not create such a secondary market for the exchange of iMFun tokens.
